New Customers
We are accepting new customers! Our delivery service area consists of locations in Lancaster, Berks and Chester Counties within a 15 mile radius. All new customers start as a COD account until a credit application is approved.
Payment Terms
- COD Accounts MUST have payment upon delivery or your delivery will be delayed. COD payments consist of a Check, Cash, Money Order or Credit Card (3% processing fee). Check or Money Order MUST be available upon delivery or payment with Check, Cash, or Money Order can be dropped off to the office BEFORE delivery. Delivery happens as early as 6:30 am If check is NOT on door upon delivery, there will be a $35.00 fee added.
- Once a credit application has been filed and approved, the customer account becomes a Will Call or an Automatic-Fill account; payment is NET 30. Non-payment after 30 days will incur finance charges which will be added to the account at 1.5% per month. (18% annual percentage rate.)
- We do accept VISA and Mastercard with a 3% processing fee.
- Payments made within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a discount of $.10 per gallon. Discount applies to CASH or CHECK payments ONLY.
